We target and invest in companies with one or more key differentiators: strong product or service offering in established defensible or niche markets, strong management team, quality and diverse customers, predictable and sustainable financial performance, and where growth can be achieved through capital investment, add-on acquisitions or operational improvements.

We are focused on respecting, growing, and lengthening the legacies of these businesses and understand an owner’s character is as important as the business’ financials.
